Hayman Consulting Group offers a complete and wide range of services.  The Z Report Marketing Program is a full service package. Your POS dealership only provides email addresses, company logo, and contact information, and we do the rest.   We will show you how to build your email lists so you can expand your reach.

Z Report Services:
 
Content: First and foremost, each issue of The Z Report has customized content written specifically for your audience. There will be two versions of The Z Report, one for hospitality, and based on demand a second version for grocery, convenience, and possibly retail.  Your input is always welcomed along with suggestions from staff and your customers. We will be interviewing end users, technology gurus, and the most respected names in the industry to help insure our content is fresh, compelling, and relevant.

Branding:  Your Z Report will be branded specifically for your dealership. It will be customized so it is coming from you to your audience of existing customers and new prospects.  Only your dealership will be promoted. Each newsletter will include links to your web pages, contacts, and company logos that are unique to your dealership.  We will also add images, promote specifc areas of your business, and "success stories.  From time to time, and only with your permission, we may offer co-branding opportunities.

E-Mail Services and Support:  Each Z Report subscription includes your own, secure, robust Constant Contact (CC) account. Billed separately, Hayman Consulting Group is a Constant Contact Business Partner which means you will receive the support of two companies to implement your marketing initiative.  Your CC account includes unlimited email capabilities and 24/7 support.  Your reports are simple yet comprehensive...complete analysis, details, exports are at your fingertips.  Hayman Consulting Group will help you analyze your results. Your dealership can send out additional emails in the form of invitations, announcements, press releases, etc. using an extensive library of templates and images. Each Z Report subscription includes the use of The Z Report which will be created periodically for your exclusive use.

List Building and Management:  Hayman Consulting Group will load your initial email lists, help manage your "bounces", and coach your company on how to build your "permission" based lists. We will recommend the "best practices" and most effective ways to grow your list of customers and prospects.  Every Z Report user will have access to rules regarding SPAM which much be followed as well as the terms and conditions of www.constantcontact.com.

Consulting:  Each dealership utilizing The Z Report has access to Hayman Consulting Group for advice regarding email marketing at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.   


Pricing: The investment required for The Z Report is $1095 for the initial issue and $595 per quarter/issue thereafter. Each dealership is required to have a Constant Contact account under the Hayman Consulting Group Constant Contact Business Partner program.  The cost of the Constant Contact account is not included but costs are extremely reasonable starting at $15 per month for unlimited emails to up to 500 contacts. Certain low cost options from Constant Contact are recommned for storing images and archiving emails.  All Constant Contact and Hayman Consulting Group terms and conditions apply and will be supplied at your request.

No long term commitment is required for either service.  Dealerships must follow all rules and regulations specified by federal laws regarding SPAM.  Constant Contact is a permission based email service. Email lists may not be purchased for use either with Constant Contact or The Z Report. 

In many instances, The Z Report may qualify for certain co-op advertising and marketing programs. We strongly suggest that your issue of The Z Report be pre-approved by your supplier for co-op.  Hayman Consulting Group is not responsible for approving co-op matching funds but will assist in helping to design issues that meet written specifications. Final approval is the responsibility of the dealer and the supplier of co-op funds.
