The Z Report launched pilots in twelve US cities in December, 2008. Dealers provided approximately 1000 email addresses of customers and prospects.  Testing large and small markets, we tracked each e-newsletter and documented the results.  The responses were very impressive by any standard. "Open rates" averaged almost 40%!  Many dealers received customer requests for product and services quotes, amazing compliments, and ideas for future issues. The Z Report is proving to be a great resource for dealers and their customers. It is showing measurable results and the ability to generate revenue.
